Scope and professional boundaries
Important notice
Forensic Property Defense Group develops and organizes factual mortgage and property records. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
No legal representation
Using this website, calling the company, or completing the case-signal worksheet does not create an attorney-client relationship. Attorneys and other licensed professionals are independently selected and separately engaged. Only a qualified attorney can evaluate legal claims, defenses, remedies, deadlines, privilege, or litigation strategy.
No promised foreclosure delay or outcome
A document discrepancy does not automatically establish fraud, invalidate a debt, stop a trustee’s sale, or create a lawsuit. The company does not promise a delay, dismissal, refinance, modification, valuation, settlement, recovery, or other result.
Post-foreclosure screening is not legal representation
A free post-foreclosure case-signal screen is a preliminary factual review. It is not a legal merits opinion, filing service, litigation engagement, or promise that a claim, damages, or recovery exists. An independently engaged attorney alone decides whether to accept a case, file a lawsuit, advance costs, and offer hourly, flat-fee, or contingency representation.
Separate forensic and legal compensation
Forensic Property Defense Group does not take a percentage of an attorney’s fee or a client’s litigation recovery. Any paid forensic work requires its own written scope and compensation terms. The attorney-client fee agreement and litigation costs are handled separately by counsel.
Urgent deadlines
If a trustee’s sale, court date, bankruptcy deadline, notice period, or other legal deadline may be close, contact a qualified California attorney immediately. A factual review is not an emergency legal response and does not preserve rights or stop a deadline.
Confidential information
Do not send Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, identification, bank records, tax returns, court files, or other confidential documents through the public worksheet, ordinary email, or social media. Confirm an approved secure intake method before transmitting records.
AI-assisted research
Technology may assist with document organization, chronology development, comparison, and issue spotting. People must verify material facts against source records. AI does not make legal, appraisal, title, lending, tax, or other licensed determinations.
